I ordered some new blank Coolcarts and one has a blue wire instead of the normal black. Wierd. Any reason for this? I am debating trying it or not.

Well since the cool carts vape at a lower voltage than the standard carts, I *think* they use a thicker gauge of wire to accomplish this lower voltage (less electrical resistance). Guess the factory is using blue wires. Don't know why they're that color. But I'm guessing the fact that it's a different kind of wire than the standard cartos accounts for the color difference.

M401 cartos with the polyfill have a blue wire also, it doesn't make a difference at all. i did notice newer cool carts have them..
Maybe it's a coating that keeps the top of the wire from heating like the rest does.. But I haven't taken one apart yet. My best guess.. :)

Coolcarts are higher resistance.
