Yeah, yeah, I know they're calling it a GTA. Gotta say that this kind of annoys me... In my mind, RTAs have coils in the bottom and tanks on top, RDTAs have coils at the top and tanks underneath, Genisis have coils at top and tanks underneath but are wicked with mesh or cable, RDAs have no tank, GTAs have coils in the center and tank all around, and things like the Big Dripper were just oddities not worth assigning a category... maybe autodrippers...

But, I digress...

Here we have the Digiflavor Pilgrim. It's got a coil at the top, and a tank underneath. I love this style tank... The flavor and vapor of an RDA coupled with the capacity of a tank. I don't mind the tilt :)

Like many of the RDTAs... who am I kidding, many of the tanks in general... heck! Atomizers in general... this one sports a variation on the Velocity deck... Two posts with two holes in each post. The tank can be run as either a single, or dual coil. Wick is tucked into the tank underneath.

Airflow is from the side.

25 mm diameter, and 34 mm height. 4 ml capacity. Looks the have a hybrid safe 510 pin.

An assortment of drip tip options... both 810 and 510...

It's almost tempting to say "Nothing to see here. Move along..."

Then they changed the way it's filled... hmmm...

In reading the literature, it appears that it can be filled from the side like the Geek Vape Medusa and Medusa Reborn, but also from the top without removing the cap. I hate removing the cap as it frequently musses up my ever-so-perfect wicking lol. Now, I can just remove a threaded section of the top cap and squirt down the holes. Interesting, and worth a couple bucks to check it out...

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the Ultem tank section... or the logo...

I'll be sure to report when I am entirely sure :) I do think I prefer it in black, though...

If y'all have questions, line 'em up and I'll answer as soon as I have it in my hot little hands... Comments also welcome...

Personally I'm not an RDTA guy especially now that I have a squonker.
I like my squonkers, but as a lazy, distracted vaper, I still find it easier to tilt than to squonk :)

I own 8 squonkers, but roughly 20 different RDTAs lol

I'd love to know about the flavor factor and how much you can dial down the airflow, as I like a tight MTL draw. I'm with you on the ultem and the logo! Those gotta go, but still, I'd like to know more about this one.
As soon as it arrives, I'll try a single coil MTL build, but I'm not holding out high hopes. From the looks of it, this is a cloudz bro tank...

Thanks Shawn. I appreciate it! RTAs don't usually turn out to be good for MTL, even if it's clear they are trying to sell it to MTL vapers, but it would be very nice if this were an exception.

And, it's arrived!

I haven't built it, yet, but I have unboxed and inspected it. Here's some thinks...

Packaging is good.

Looks are different, but different in a positive way.

Fill method is genius.

Deck is a bit small (to accommodate that genius fill method)

I could not get the tank fully broken down.

Overall, this reminds me strongly of the Medusa.

More to follow...

As promised, the first build is a 24 AWG Ka1 8 wrap 3 mm single coil that came in at 0.69 Ohms. I found that, by cutting the air down to the tiniest of slivers, it can be choked down in single coil mode enough to provide a MTL vape. The chamber, with the single coil adapter, is small enough the the vape is not overly cooled, and retains enough flavor to be enjoyable, but not intense. If this route is chosen, I would strongly recommend using the 510 adapter and a drip tip other than the one provided. With the provided drip tip, the throat hit is sloppy.

Now, I'm gonna rip all that out, and drop in a dual fused ss316l setup :)
