Digital Steam? Anybody order from them?

The envelope arrived from Digital Steam arrived, but it was torn and empty. DS seems to be claiming that it's my own fault. Paypal seems to think I should file a police report .

The package arrived, and I have no doubts that something was in it when it left Digital Steam. The problem is that there was nothing in it when it got to me.

But nahh... i send a msg to paypal asking their opinion since digitalsteam never replied my email regarding the package or the dispute claim.

DHL paket in germany and DS is the worst ever online shopping experience i had done.

same like all others, it had been at 60% forever and now its the 3rd week already.

so how DHL paket works is that when the parcel reach your local country, they will hand it to the local postal service and we will get a new tracking number for it?

freaking 35 euros to ship to my country and it takes forever to reach. real disappointed with DS and never gonna get it from them anymore. i hope the admin or owner of digital steam read this thread!!!

Final update: PayPal has decided in my favor, and I'll be getting a refund. I'm glad this is finally over.

I actually called PayPal last week - took about an hour of being on hold before I got to speak to someone. I explained exactly what had happened, and why filing a police report was ludicrous. The agent understood, but couldn't change the requirement. So she had me file a complaint with ic3.gov, and attach the complaint to the dispute. Apparently that was enough to count as a 'police report'.
