I use a lot of sweetener and have a whopping gallon of PG, so thought it might be cheaper to buy 20g powders/crystals from ecigexpress and dilute my own. 20g of pure sucralose is $5.99 and 20g of ethyl maltol is $4.99, so sounds cheaper this way, right?

I know that the formula for EM is 1/4 tsp in 10ml PG, but does anybody have one for sucralose?
Note: for EM, ecigexpress recommends 1 gram in 9ml PG. I don't know how comparable that is (ratio-wise) to what the majority seems to be using (the 1/4 tsp one).

I've been liking EZ-Sweetz (the blue cap: 1 drop = 2 tsp sugar), but at $6.99 for 6ml after this sample is gone, it's a little pricey for me. I know I can get diluted sucralose cheaper elsewhere (like HDV), but heck, I have all this PG already.

Been looking around too, and looks like High Desert Vapes dilutes their sucralose to 5% in PG, if that helps.
...so if the EM solution is 10%, would it just be 1/8 tsp instead of 1/4 in 10ml PG? Dunno. Weights and volumes with different substances always trip me up. But would that 5% be more like 1 drop=1 tsp? That might be a little wimpy coming from EZ-Sweetz.

I have a triple beam balance scale (haha, 2610g - it's huge), so can go by grams as well. Then I can physically measure and convert to tsp for people that don't have a gram scale (and are crazy/broke enough to try this too) and post it here later.

Feel free to post dilution formulas for other powders/crystals. I'm sure someone else might be looking for them...

thx:)

Speaking of cheap, Wizard Labs sells 8ml of Sucralose Sweetener for $1.49. Also an 8ml bottle (1/4 tbsp) of EM Crystals for $1.49.

Your math is correct here.
