Dimensions and looking for conversion tips

I purchased a "Kit" last fall at the Wisconsin State Fair. The state went "smoke Free" everywhere today and I'm looking for a place where I can purchase supplies. That's why I joined ECF. I'm looking to learn as much as I can.

I made a drawing of my e-cigarette hoping it will help others. Trying to find supplies outside of a brick and mortar store has been frustrating. The drawing is attached.

What is the name of you e-cig?
