It was one full week if just smoking my e cig yesterday. The last couple of days I noticed that my breathing was tight, coughing, and I had a fever. Backed off the ecig, tried switching juices, nothing worked unless I just stopped smoking them. Didn't matter if it was pg or vg either. Gonna miss it like hell though. I really liked it compared to theses stinky ... cigs. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yep. I had the same issue after I started vaping. What it turned out for me, was my body adjusting to NOT dealing with smoke.

I mentioned it to my local proprietor of vape stuff, when it happened to me and he giggled and asked me if I ever tried to quit smoking previously. Which I had. Then he asked "Do you remember the coughing, the tightness in your chest, etc.?" Which then I did remember going through that and I said "Yea... now that you mention it." That's when it hit me that I was going through. He recommended using both old analog cigs and vaping, and slowly weaning off the analogs (he went through the same thing) but not going cold turkey off the analogs. He also recommended getting rid of the tobacco flavored juice and find something that isn't remotely close to tobacco flavor.

I took his advice and in a couple of weeks I was completely off analog cigarettes and 100% e-cig without issues this time.

I still bum an analog from someone just to remind me that those things REALLY SUCK. Especially since I vape a nice flavor. Cigarettes just taste awful in comparison.

I am a week in myself, and I am feeling similar symptoms. I remeber when I was a teen and had to get my body used to the analogs, it wasn't easy, but I had to be cool so I pushed through and became a fantastic addict of the analogs for over 20 years. Now I will do the same thing to get off of them. As long as I can still breath, I will replace the analogs with my evod. I'm thinking the symptoms will dissipate sooner than later.

Just remember that because you're vaping you don't have to stop smoking right away. I didn't, instead I would just have a vape rather than a smoke periodically throughout the day. When you are ready to stop with the icky sticks you will. Also remember that you are going through withdrawl not just from nicotine but all the other chemicals as well. Good luck and don't give up.
