Recently ordered an Ego k series 1100 Mah battery from HC along with some other odds and ends, what I received was a 650 Mah. Using their web sites "Contact Us" option takes you to their Help Desk where you submit a ticket with your problems, questions, concerns or comments.

Been waiting the better part of a week now with no response at all, not a we're looking in to it, oops, sorry about that, or even a sucks to be you.

I know with the issues they are having getting batteries shipped at the moment they couldn't easily solve it by just sending me the battery I ordered, but an email or something shouldn't be to much to ask for.

I know it's only a thirteen dollar battery, and the K series are cheap knockoffs of real Joye batteries, it was just a fluff piece to add to my collection, if they had contacted me and apologized I'd probably just have let it go or asked for store credit for the difference in price from the 650 to the 1100 (all of like a buck twenty), but them ignoring me all together has kinda ticked me off.

Just needed to rant a little , and being as their support is lacking, I thought I'd do it here.

Just throwing this out there because the same thing kind of happened to me... Are you sure it is a 650mah? I also ordered a 1100mah eGo clone and when I got it I opened the box, pulled out the provided instructions (yes, I am an instructions reading person... even with something so simple as an eGo... you never know? You might just learn something new), and promptly read "your 650mah battery"... err, hold the phone!! 650mah BATTERY?! what?! I ordered a 1100mah! So i contacted the place of business that i purchased it from and I was informed that the instructions for all of the clones are generically copies for the 650mah. She explained to me that I did, in fact, receive a 1100mah battery. I googled the size difference between the two and even put it up to a real life battery usage test (I vaped on that thing non stop)... sure enough... its a 1100mah. Just saying that the same might be true for you.

While I can't help you with the customer service aspect of the whole situation... there might actually be some light at the end of the tunnel after all.

Besides... HealthCabin is a Chinese mass market distributor... I hate to say it but I doubt that we are high on their priority list for customer service.

Ok now I feel like a bit of a noob, after a little research and comparing what I ordered to what I received I realized that what I thought was a 650mAh was in fact a 1100mAh battery. TJ2Q was dead on with his suggestion that I had gotten an 1100 and not a 650. I was comparing the length of a standard batter to the two TWIST batteries that I have. and the VV components in a 650 twist make it the same length as a standard non VV 1100. Color me embarrassed!

That being said, I was and am still a bit disappointed with HC's customer Service, even after PM'ing Newsunshine_200 with my order number as he requested it still took 2 more days before I actually received an email from HC concerning my ticket.

Being as how my initial order was correct and the error was entirely my own, I do plan on making future orders from HC, I especially like their Tidy Clearomizers and order them in bulk when I begin to run low, and I may even order another battery or two once the problems with shipping them are resolved. I lost one of my real Joye Ego batteries at work the other day, needless to say I was less than happy about that, would be nice to have a couple less expensive ones to use at work.
