Dear Amy!

I've received today my last order from HC.
It turned out, that 2 of 3 attys are dead, and the eGo-T PS battery is dead too.
My previous order contained dead products also, and I'm starting to loose my faith in HC.
I've opened a ticket as soon as I realized the atty problem, than I've checked the battery and expanded the ticket.

It's really sad now, that I can not receive perfect products.
This order supposed to be a present for my friend, but now I'm in a really bad situation. :/

Please help me to solve this situation, and give me some feedback about theese quality problems.

I've loved HC until now, and suggested to everyone, but now...:unsure:

I am sorry for the problem with atty and eGo T passthrough. I am sad that our defective products let you down. are those atomizers joye atomizers? if so, I think, they are just bad luck. we can send you new free replacements freely.

We will reply to your ticket monday about deatils as soon as we get back to work.

The attys are Joye eGo-Ts, without joyetech logo. So they are the "older" ones.
One of them is normal and the other is LR. The third one, which works great, is normal too. The only disturbing thing is, that my last order came with a dead LR tank atty too, and the replacement what you sent me became dead also after one or two days.
So this is a dead row with 4 attys. :/

The battery is funny too. I beleived in joye eGo batteries, and suggested for everyone, but now I don't know what to suggest. I've never experienced such a problem. There's no sign of working from it. The cable is ok I've tested it with my eGo-T 1000 PS.

I'm looking forward to receive your response on the help desk, and I hope you can replace them and they'll arrive before xmas.

Sometimes the center metallic connection in the battery is pressed down from the atty, in this way there's no connection.
Take a hairgrip or a small screwdriver and pull he center pin out, and give it a try.
This disconnection happens several times when the atty turning strong in the batt.

Thank You for the help. I've already tried almost every little trick. Sadly nothing worked. :/

..and you pressed button 5 times really fast to wake it up from sleep mode? Is there the red charging light at USB port? Does the button blink or light up?

I've an eGo-T 1000mAh PS, so I know how to use it. :)

I've tried everything as I've written it, and no sign of life. No red light next to the usb or any sign from the button. I've tried it with 2 charging cables besides the bundled one. I've tried with 2 eGo-T attys and one dual coil. No sign of working.

Beleive me, I've tried everything, that's why I've opened this thread.

edit: I'm waping now for more than 6 months. Most of this time I've used Joye eGo-T products. I'm pretty sure that, when I'm saying it doesn't work, than it doesn't work. :/

Sounds like you got a bad Bat. If the lights aren't cumming on at either end then it's probably a bad ground or lead from the cell. I've received a bad Joyetech eGo once. Took it out of the box new, hit the fire button and it smoked up out of the switch! I'm pretty sure it was a faulty MOSFET. Stank like burnt IC.
