Disasemble pen type battery?

I have a volcano magma that came with a manual battery.

I was looking for a way to take this a part so I can use the switch and 510 connector for a flashlight mod.

Has anyone had any success doing this or have any tips?

This is the closest I have seen but this battery is an auto with male threading. The guy does get the threaded end off.
