Ok, this little mini post is mainly for me to keep things straight in my mind, but figured it might help someone else. I know it's probably covered here and there in various posts, but hopefully this will pull things together for a few people/searchers in the future 
(And please correct me where I'm wrong. This is all pulled from various posters in the past where they "confirm" the fact, by testing with their physical parts. I have/will be ordering these parts based on those posts and will change my post if they are wrong)
Quick summary:
A blu is an L88b type battery, and is the same as the Volcano from Volcano (Hereafter I'll just call it blu for short.) This means of course blu and Volcano parts are interchangeable, including batteries, chargers, and atomizers/carts.
The blu battery thread/type seems to be commonly referred to as the "510" type, i.e the same as the "Joye 510". Many other systems are "510 type", including the Magma from Volcano.
So, a blu = L88b with 510 connection, and many accessories with 510 type connection work with each other, therefore many of these combinations work together. (That's the transitive property bit... )
This means that a few more things will actually work as well. However, let's get the first rule of them out of the way:
Of course, just because the relatively low capacity L88b batteries work fine with these things, it doesn't mean it's the best to use. Some will prefer more capacity, some will prefer a manual, blah blah. I'm just saying these are said to work if you wanted to experiment with different combos before committing to a new system.
Now, with that out of the way, let's have some fun!
Atomizers/Cartomizers/Tanks
Pretty interchangeable. The below should work on a blu/Volcano/Magma/510. I.e. they are electrically/airflow compatible to the best of my knowledge:
The caveat to most of these is that once you start interchanging parts, they might not fit in your PCC (fancy carrying case/charger). Just a minor risk to consider.
So, there's my kicking off of a compatibility thread. I'm trying to decide a way to put it on a spreadsheet/table but I can't think of a good way because of the multiple dimensions of the data. What else should be covered?

Use ONLY the charger that came with your batteries, unless you KNOW otherwise. I.e. blu/volcano are interchangeable, but MANY ARE NOT. Just because lots of other combinations of parts work, or fit together, just DON'T muck with the electrical bits unless you know what you are doing (in which case this thread is probably of no interest to you ).
