Hey guys. I am about to place my second order with gotvapes.com. My battery fell apart pretty much :glare: so I need a new one and I'm choosing gotvapes to buy from. I signed up for the newsletter and got the vip discount program but I am just wondering if anyone knows a current coupon code I can use. This company is my new supplier for hardware.

Thank you very much in advance.

I've got both, using it right now actually. It is a great set up. I am super pleased.

Very good. I have heard great things and horrible things about the vision mini nova. I filled mine about 10 minutes ago and I'm just letting it sit for a while to make sure everything is good and wet. ;-) Hopefully I'm one of the lucky ones and everything works properly.

So far I've had very bad luck in my vaping experience. All the hardware I bought seemed to be off-brand or just didn't work properly. Here's to hoping my luck turns around. :toast:

If you bought from GotVapes, I don't think you'll have a problem as you have a genuine Vision mini vivi nova. I have 4 of them used in rotation and have never had any of the problems that you read about. I've been using them exclusively for over 3 months now. Most of the problems are with the knock offs.

I'm sure you will like your vivi, I have a mini and the full size and I love them both. With my SLB ego-v, I've notices that it seems to like the 2.8 ohm heads on the vivi the best, but I have never had an issue with any of the other heads. Also, when you get a chance, check out the Kanger T3's. They are my usual go to

There is a local vape store 2 blocks from me which is where I bought my first products. I bought one that looks exactly like that Kanger. It could have been a real one but I've started to suspect they sell knock-off products there, although the owners are incredibly great people. I'm only gonna order online from now on. Anyhow the one I got there worked very well for a short time though. I loved the amount of liquid it could hold and that I can replace the heads and not throw way. Recently I've found that replacement heads online are 1.50$ to 2.50$, at this local shop they sell 5 for 25$. =/

Yeah, my local shop is the same way. Typically I only go there if I'm in a pinch, but I try to pick something up about every few weeks just to support them and get a chance to be social with other vapers in person.

I really love supporting local small companies. I think I'm spoiled from the internet having so many vendors. Also now that I've tried another store's liquid the ones from my local store seem so weak tasting. I think I might still go and try to get some replacable heads or something I dunno. I do love the people in there though, they have taught me a lot.

with the nova i have found that you should measure the resistance of the the head before you start out because mine never match what they have printed on them. and ppl will say some variance is normal but... i stick with the 1.8 myself and have seen them vary as high as 2.5. if your just starting out you can get a 10 dollar meter from wallmart and learn with that or you can get a battery (or a mod like the Robust) that can tell you what the ohms are. not sure why they didnt add that function to the ego v but it would prolly up the pricepoint too much. if you go the meter route dont forget to make a note of what resistance it reads with just the probes touching each other as you will need to subtract that from the reading you get measuring the nova (or other carto ect) to get the true reading. the inexpensive meters have no way to set the numbers to 0 when you are only touching the probes together and the probe wires can have some resistance of their own.

I like the ViVi Novas as well. I normally run voltages between 3.3v and 4.2v, and use the 1.8ohm atomizers. I've tried the other resistances but didn't care for them. One note, if you are new to the ViVi Nova, after filling, take the drip tip out and look to assure that the silicon sleeve is centered with the opening in the top. If you see some of the silicone sleeve pushing up into the center hole, take the top off, adjust the sleeve and try again. If that sleeve isn't lined up well, you may get more leaking or ejuice passing through the mouth piece during a hit.
