If anyone watches my posts, I come here and post when a vendor has treated me the way I would treat a customer. Listen to the issue, fix it if you can, never ever, leave the customer thinking they don't matter.
I placed an order from Discountvapers.com, there was an issue, I contacted Eric he got right back to me, fixed the issue on the spot, BOOM, happy customer. This is how you do it... Make me happy and make it right and I will buy from you EVEN if its more expensive, because good customer service has no price.
