This guy has been so helpful and understanding I don't even know where to start.

First of all, he replies to my emails promptly. Most of the time within the same hour I send them.

I mentioned the burnt taste which us clearo users are all too familiar with and he gave me a couple tips on how to make them work better.

One of the CE4+ clearos I bought from him cracked after just sitting on my nightstand over night. I woke up and it had big spider web cracks through it. I mentioned it to him in the comment box when I placed my next order and he sent me a replacement free of charge!

So the clearos were in the mail, on their way to my house. I routinely checked their status in route. They got to Albany early in the morning, which I was thrilled to see because when that happens I know I'll be getting it that same day. Anyways, the mail came and my clearos weren't in it. It was a big ... moment. I checked the status of them and they arrived at my local post office before the mailman leaves for his deliveries. So I went over and they said they didn't have them. My package was in limbo.

So the day after(Sunday) I checked the status again and it said they went out for delivery the day before. Which is BS.
I sent Eric a message telling him what was going on and he replied promptly(as usual) and tried to help me figure out what the hell the problem was. lol

So we reasoned that it was either lost somewhere at the post office or on the truck somewhere. I hoped that it would come the next day and he wished me luck.

And it did!

So I got them on Monday, the day after I spoke with him. The post office must have screwed up somehow, somewhere.
I opened one and tested it out. It worked stellar. great vapor production. No burnt taste.

Which brings us to today. I mixed up some cherry blossom juice and filled the second clearo. I let it sit and then put it on my vape to test it out. The first few hits were great. It was working just as it should.

Then I noticed it was crooked on my battery. Another big ... moment.
After closer inspection I noticed a decent sized crack running along the base almost the whole circumference of it. If I pushed it, it would have leaked and I would've gotten a ton of juice on my lap.
I mean, yeah, I could jimmy-rig it and it would work fine for a while. But who wants to vape their brand new clearo with a piece of scotch tape on it. As it stood, the condition of the clearo brand new out of the package was unacceptable.

So I sent him an email about an hour ago with pics letting him know what was up. I asked him if he wanted me to send it back as per his return policy states.

Within a half hour I got a reply back and he said "I'll have a replacement shipped out tomorrow"
Then I get another email from him right after where he said he'd be throwing in an extra one for my trouble.

Now that's what I call customer service!!!

He told me he doesn't usually do this, but I've been a loyal customer and not a one and done, so don't expect it if you return something.
