Discrepancy between steamengine results and real coils

Hello!

I usually purchase pre-built 0.36 ohm coils. Fused Clapton, (2x26, 36outer) - image below.
I was planning to purchase fused clapton NI80 wire with the same exact gauge in order to build the same coils.
According to steam engine, I will need a bit less than 7 wraps to achieve this using this wire. However, the coils that i am purchasing only have 5 wraps.
I tried messing around with the leg length, but it doesn't make any significant difference. What am I missing? Could anyone provide any hints? Thanks

Yes, they're exactly 0.36ohms, super precise. Guess I'll have to take a chance then.

On another note, running dual 0.36 coils, I'm finding the perfect vapor temperature and taste at 55W. Although the "recommendations" for this setup is higher (around 70W). Do I risk having gunk buildup on the coils vaping them at this wattage?

Vaping at a lower wattage will be absolutely fine. Don't worry about the recommended wattage that is put on coils, that's only a guide!
If anything vaping at lower wattages will be better on your coils and your wick will last longer!
