This is some pretty fascinating stuff, at least I found it to be. The proposals and limited debate in Europe regarding tobacco and nicotine products including snus and e-cigarettes. Very good insight as to what these people want to put forward for our own good, whether we like it or not. This video is quite lengthy, 1 hour and 21 minutes. I can only imagine that the FDA will be on the same page. Here's the link.

Interesting idea at about 22:20.
Requiring health warning labels on items below a certain nic level and pharmaceutical authorization above is an interesting approach.

The stated directive to ban strong flavours to mask the taste of tobacco is an interesting point but seems to ignore the fact that juices we vape do not have tobacco flavour unless we put it in. I can't even count the number of posts I have read where people are actually looking for the most accurate tobacco flavour juice.

Aside from the points in my other post, here are the other interesting points as I see it.

Speaker at 41:20 asked for scientific data on if flavours incite young people to smoking.

Two speakers starting at about 49:20 questioning bans of snus in Sweden and it's use as harm reduction.

Speaker at about 55.40 questions why they should make e-cigs more difficult and expensive to buy. Panels response follows immediately.
