Just wondering if anyone used APC distilled water from ebay?
Is it safe to vape?

Distilled water is the clean steam that comes off water when its boiled

H20 is usually just used to thin out VG a little

I use distilled water for clearer flavor, and better wicking performance on silica. I don't use cotton or rayon.

To polish water you simply take cover off can use cloth and put some on and rub and let dry and then buff to a shine

If you have a pot with a cover, you put some water (like half inch) in the pot, and put the cover over it but the cover upside down so that when the steam condenses on the cover, it trickes to the middle;
then all you need is to put like a teacup in the middle of the pot to collect the distilled water.
