Diving into TC with iPV D2

Hello there!
I just got a d2 today, and would like to pick the brains of some long time TC users out there.
I usually like to build on my mutation x v3 or v4, with nichrome 60 or 80 26g wire, at 0.3 ohms, dual coil. I vape at around 42 watts, or 3.6 volts.
Is there a table that can show me how to build with ni200 28ga wire crossreferenced with power output settings so that I can replicate this setup easily?
Better yet, do any of you know off the top of your heads?
Thanks!

I have a D2 and have had better results trying to get the ohm's near the cut off at .05, anywhere under .10 is best. Above that is ok too but....its only a single cell mod and it will eat thru battery's trying to keep up. Try twisted 28g single coil to start with as low as you can around 450 degrees and 35j and see how that works for you. Dual coils are possible with 28g twisted and works really good too. I think I did 7 wraps 3mm dual coil and came in just above .05, its possible it was 8 wraps.

The other info given by distortoblotto is good too.

Personally I'd forget anything dual or twisted and start with something basic and simple - 8-12 wraps on 2.5mm with your 28AWG and see how that works for you.

One of the things I try to remember is that TC works by the wire gaining resistance as it heats up. The higher the resistance of the coil when cold the greater the granularity (and higher resistance) when it is at your set vaping temperature.

You'd be amazed how long a single 18650 lasts on my 1.7ohm SS430 build. :)
