Looks very intresting... I will have to give this a shot.

It seems to me that some of your leaking issues would be solved if you used an atomizer with the bridge still in it and put some filler material in the cartridge you have the bottle attached to.

Cool, let me know how it works out for you. The atomizer still does have the bridge in it, and since, I have also tried putting filler material into the cartridge. Seems to work pretty well but at the expense of being able to take multiple successive draws. Guess you could just cut down on the amount of filler used to remedy this.

I have since relocated the bottle assembly to a box mod I recently made. It's in a 4AA box with 2 14500s in parallel and the bottle in one slot with the tube coming out of the top and the 90 degree fitting inserted into a hole in a clear "drip tip" that I made out of a pen. It's actually a decent mod that I'm pretty happy with so far. Since putting it into my box mod, I've also turned it into a "suck-n-draw" type feeding system as seen from Parallex2 and I'm sure some others. Just did this by poking a small hole in the top neck of the bottle with a safety pin. This allows me to simply suck on the mouthpiece to get liquid to drip into the atomizer, and I've got a cutaway for the bottle that allows me to squeeze it in order to suck the juice back down so it does not continuously drip into the atty on each successive draw, thus limiting and basically eliminating a flooding issue.

If anyone would like to see this setup, I'd be happy to post pics.

I love the idea of this mod, I recently bought my husband a rough stack and he loves it..but thought he was getting a bottom feeding mod as a present DOH. This would be perfect to turn his rough stack into something more along the lines of what he thought he was gonna get :).

Would love to see pictures of your updated suck and draw design!

Assuming you're using this mod with the downtube inside the bottle (if not, this won't work), the suck and draw method can be done easily by just poking a hole or two in the bottle on the tapered part leading up to the neck (with a very small needle or pin). The liquid won't run out of the holes since they'll be too small for the thicker liquid to get through, but air will be able to get in and out through them (just don't squeeze the bottle when the liquid is covering up the location of the hole(s)). Then as you inhale, the liquid will be pulled up through the tubing and air will be pulled into the bottle at the same time (this keeps the liquid from falling back down into the bottle). One thing I found is that you'll have the nice feature of being able to squeeze the bottle to release the air and get the liquid that's staying up in the tube to go back down into the bottle. This way, you can prevent over-dripping.

I can post some pics here if you'd like, but it'll have to be tomorrow as I'm out of town today.

By the way, I'm glad to see all of you enjoying this mod!

Very cool. I plan to go woth a small 2mm id tube from bottle right to a hole that I drill in a 306 delrin drip tip. Much like the dripper from notcigs website. I will have the tube go through a hole that I drill in the cap of a 6ml bottle. The reo grand mod uses this method of going through the cap.
