This is because the flavoring is PG. That's why most of the time the max VG is 80%, because the flavoring is 10%-20% of the mix and it's PG.If you're not using nic base, it's very easy. Put 10% of your flavoring in the bottle, and top it up with VG. This will take about 30 seconds.![]()

90% VG is to thick to wick properly, in most cases 80% would be the target. More like 10% flavoring, 80% VG, 5 - 10% distilled water. The distilled water will be needed to thin the mix to allow it to wick properly and allow the flavoring to move through the base and mix properly. The more PG flavoring you use the less water you'll need.So exactly how much vg, pg, and strawberry would I need to make a 90% vg 10%pg strawberry juice?
No problem. I just thought what's obvious to a veteran might be confusing to someone just starting.Right.I guess I should have said that, but I thought it was obvious. Bad me.

Shake the bottle well. Depending on what your making will determine if it needs steeping. Mixes made with creams such as desert mixes or tobaccos usually require steeping for the true flavor to develope but always taste you mix after mixing and a good shake, if it taste good then vape it. It will only get better with time. Fruit and candy recipes usually don't require steeping. As far as suppliers just tick my blog link at the bottom of this post for a blog on supplies, a list of suppliers and other useful blogs such as steeping, basic mixing, Base preparation, safety etc.....
Awesome, looks like the bullcityvapor has everything I need. Now I have heard that when mixing, less flavoring is more. And if I put too much flavoring its just going to taste bad?

No worries JD - I was being a bit of a smart .... but I don't want people to think that the video is the way we should be mixing. You don't need a Clean Room but you do need a clean room. That nic was nasty and so were his bottles and you need to clean your equipment much better than he does or you are going to have cross contamination like you read about. BTW: this video was posted here over a year ago and I think I may have seen it a few years ago as well.
VAD88- Welcome to the forums
Nope. Not kidding at all.
Yes. People not respond well to your type of language, especially on an open forum. And for your information, you couldn't have possibly seen this posted here a year ago, because I just checked again the date, and it has only been up for 9 months. Based on the comments on this video comma many many people love the recipe. Sometimes you get over critical ones that want to critique everything based on someone's popularity. That's too bad...
