I can't at all speak to suppliers in the UK being I'm a yank, but I make my juice in 100 ml Erlenmeyer flasks using Mt. Baker flavorings and 60% PG, 40% VG. I use a 50 ml graduated cylinder for the nic and flavorings, which goes into the Erlenmeyer flask after being measured out, and to that I add the PG/VG. I use a syringe to measure the flavorings I add to this, those being injected into the graduated cylinder with the nic, and when that adds up to the proper amount I can go forward to adding the PG/VG.

As always, you may wish to proceed differently, and YMMV...

Liberty Flights is in the Uk and they sell flavorants and DIY equipment.

My DIY tools are one 1ml and one 3ml syringes and a bunch of bottles. I have one bottle that holds my base liquid. This bottle hs 2 marks on it one halfway up and another at 300 ml. First I add my nicotine then fill to the first line with pg and the net line with vg. Now I have my base.

I also have 1ml, 10ml and 30 ml bottles. Now all I need to mix juice are a couple of syringes to add my flavors. Then I fill the bottles with my base.

I am not going to mention all of the other equipment that has been sitting in a draw for the past three years.

Made my first DIY batch today. I bought 36mg PG nic juice, VG, peppermint and cherry flavoring, and some 10ml syringes. Put 5ml nic and 10ml VG in a 30ml bottle. I then added 10 drops of each flavoring and tasted, and repeated 3 times. I'm guessing approx 1 ml each. Results exceeded expectations. Roughly 66% VG, 11mg nic, shake and vape, best juice I ever had. Roughly $30 for about 400ml of juice. $6 per 10ml bottle at my local B&M, vs $0.75 per 10ml?

OK, I'm going to get some PG and some better measuring gear, and recipes with more flavorings will up the price some, but I still don't see the cost going over $1/10ml, and this is buying in the smallest lots for a test run.
