How come when I make my own 10 ml bottle of eliquid it fills less than half a 10 ml bottle? Wouldn't that make the nicotine level twice as strong?

Something is wrong with either your calculations or your measuring equipment.

Or the bottle is not really 10 ml. What are you using to measure?

If you're not using syringes you should be able to get them cheap at a feed store. Measure 10ml of water and test the volume of your bottle.

Ditto that ....

And if your not using syringes, pour 10 ml of water in your graduated cylinder ... and then pour that into your bottle and see how full your bottle is.

Thanks everyone I never even thought of using a syringe. Definitely will try that when I get home thanks everyone!!!
