Diy Eliquid kit

I was wondering if anyone knew of a high quality diy eliquid starter kits available or if I would be better off getting the stuff individually?
If so, where from and what do I need?

All of the DIY starter kits I've seen include lots of items I would never use, and you pay for those things whether you want them or not when buying a kit.

All you need to get started is:

One or two 2 ml Luer lock syringes
One or two 10 ml Luer locksyringes
A couple of 14 to 16 gauge blunt needles for VG, the longer the better so you can get liquid out from near the bottom of your bottles
A couple of 22 to 26 gauge blunt needles, again the longer the better
Bottles of your choice
Vegetable glycerine
Propylene glycol
Flavorings of your choice
Nic juice
