I make my own juice, the problem is all I can seem to make is single flavors. I have flavors from Palm e vaper: blueberry cotton candy, cotton candy, watermelon, bubblegum, grape candy, strawberry kiwi. What mix of flavors could I make? Have you tried palm e vapors extract? And, have you made anything good with these flavors.

not at all familiar with that manufacturer/vendor or what manufacturer they use? I took a look at their site and there is NO information on who the flavorings are from.
Just off top of my head though, these would go together nicely:
cotton candy + bubblegum
watermelon and grape candy
Most of your flavorings are in the "same" group, i.e. fruits. If you want to do some 2 flavor ones, I suggest going to TPA/TFA, where the flavorings are well described. Some of the bavarian creams or the berry crunch (cereal) would go nice with your fruits----so would one of the pie crusts......I like mints with fruits......and even the champagne flavoring might be nice with one of your fruits.
I don't know your tastes though.
