DIY for carto - tanks

Hello, so most of my DIY tastes great when I'm dripping but I find that when I put it in a carto with a tank, my flavor is greatly reduced. Probably due to the polyfill holding in some of the flavor. Has anyone found success with certain flavors that really come out in a carto/tank?

I'm using a kicked SB set to 8. and a 1.8 ohm dc carto.

The most you'd have to do is just simply up the percentages of the flavors in the mix. Start with .05% increases, and go up from there. I myself, began on regular cartomizers, then moved up to single coil tank/carto combos, then dual coil, then dual coil with variable voltage, then vv, with a viv nova, and WHOA...
There's a good amount of difference, BUT if you draw hard enough there shouldn't be too much of one.

What I suggest, is when you DO pull off the carto, whether it's in a tank, or not, pull about twice as hard as you normally would, and see if that helps the flavor any. getting more air in there will push more molecules around, and hopefully do what you're looking for. If not, I'd start ticking up the percentages of your flavors by .05% every round, let it steep fora day, and see how it comes out in your carto.
But, that's my opinion, others may have found better methods.

Lower your wattage and see if it taste better. I have found that sometimes a cooler vape brings out the flavor of some mixes.

Nice. I've tried both of your suggestions and definitely am getting better flavor. I find that pulling harder can flood the cartos tho...

Pulling harder will flood your cartos, adjusting your voltage/wattage up or down or adjusting your flavor % is the best way to go. I have used mostly cartos for most of my time vaping and im about 10-15% on my flavorings. I use an HH357 atty for flavor testing and if i notice it being a bit strong, i leave it there but if i find it weak or about right i add a little more flavor and by the time it hits the carto / carto tank its just right! hope this helps its just my

Juice I make for carto tanks has higher flavor than juice I make for dripping. My draw stays the same.
