Flavors are very concentrated. I think most are in PG. A couple are in alcohol. Some that are very difficult to use are oil-based and not for beginners (may include citrus flavors, nut flavors, cinnamon, ginger - depends on brand so see the lists in the guide in ECF DIY section). Some have diacetyl or other food-only ingredients are not safe to be vaped (see the guide in ECH DIY, the lists in the guide, the lists it links to)

All flavors have to be mixed with PG and/or VG. They are too strong to be vaped straight. Again see the lists in and linked from the guide in ECF DIY.

Thanks for the quick response. I've been reading through the DIY post, but can't get a clear answer. Since there is so much information there, I've may have overlooked it.

What confuses me what I have boxed in red. There are fields for PG% and VG% for whatever flavor I am going to use. Since I am assuming the flavors I get is concentrated (maybe with PG based), can I assume they are 100% PG base? Or do I have to dilute (mix) the concentrated flavors.

I hope it's clear what I'm asking, because I'm getting more confused.

For example if I used this for flavoring

Butter Rum Flavor
Contains: Propylene Glycol, Artificial Flavor, Alcohol.
Soluble in water.

I would change the Flavoring1 Box to PG 100% and VG 0%?

Good luck, have fun too. Its really not all that complicated, just experiment, get your VG and PG mixed, add your amount of Nic fluid, then measure our amount of flavorings your using...and mix, then vape a toot, if it needs more flavoring you will know right off...or perhaps let it steep overnite and taste again in the morning.
