Recently i have learned how to make juice, alot of my friends are also vaping now, my question is what is a decent price to charge them for 10 ml of juice with any level of nicotine or 0 level of nicotine.

Most vendors charge the same for 36mg and 0mg. Check a few vendors and see what they're charging.... the cheaper stuff probably goes for about $4-5 for 10ml -but you can get many 10s for less if you buy bulk of course.

You don't have to use crystals - try some menthol flavoring from Decadent Vapours at totally wicked. Want to punch it up some - get some mentholyptus flavoring there. If you go to the mixing page there's a chart on how much stuff to use with their Platinum Ice (nic base):
