E juice ml compared to %???

Hi all, Im new to vaping as of today. I just received my joye ego from puresmoker.com. My question is in regards to the juice i received. A couple of the bottles nicotine levels were labeled in ML and the others were in %. I understand the level of the ml but what is 1.6% equal to? Or 2.4% equal to? This is what is on 2 of the samples we received. Does 2.4% = 24ml? Does 1.6% = 16 ml? Thanks in advanced for helping a noobie out!

Actually, nic content is measured in % or mg(not ml). And your right, 1.6%=16mg per ml of juice.
