DIY juice

Guys, I only know to mix flavours or higher nic juices w vg then thin it out w pg.

Is there anything else I can use to thin out juices other then pg?

Or am I doing it wrong all together?

i know vg gives me more vapor... Wat the heck does pg do??? Other than thinning out my juice

the VG is sweeter, more viscous, and more hygroscopic.

Thinning VG with water can accelerate spoilage, IME. Better to use PGA or vodka at up to 10%, though they do increase the throat hit.

I do not like the idea of throwing vodka in the lungs ...

Yeah, it doesn't sound like a good idea, does it? The amount is quite low though. I usually add 5%.

i actually work in the medical field and vodka is used as an inhalant for certain things and is safe...but like pg it has a drying affect and can cause dry mouth etc..

A few e-juice vendors claim they dilute their 100% VG liquids up to 15% with distilled water, to thin them out a bit.

Most DIY flavorings contain PG and/or PGA as the carrier (seems the flavors behave better in PG or PGA than in VG)

This would make me believe that any of these (distilled water or PG or PGA) could be used in DIY to thin the liquid.
