I'm doing my own liquid here and selling to just friends, I buy the unflavored nic from ecigexpress, my question is this...
If I get 24mg strength VG base, does that mean it's 100% VG? Or what is the Ratio?

If it's 100% VG, could I had PG to the mix and if so would it bring down the nic level?

Yes, what you have is 100% VG.

Yes, you can add PG to it. And yes, that will lower the mg/ml. As will any flavoring you add. Chances are your flavorings will be PG as well. Most are.

I suggest you look for the e juice calculator from breakthru. Search the forum and you will find it. It helps tremendously.

The answer is 21.60mg/ml. For this type of calculation (rarely needed), just use EjuiceMeUp's "Nic Combine" function located under "Tools" in the tool bar.
