Right I'm gonna start hoarding some supplies for whatever the future may bring for vaping and I need some info.

I've read into calculating ratios ect and the kind of environments needed to mix liquids but I've got no idea where to get supplies from. If you know of any really good guides though definitely send on

Im in the UK so ordering in from the US would probably be a bit of a nightmare.
So I need to know a good vendor basically where I can get PG Nic Base, VG and where I can get flavourings.

Another question just while I've got you, what do you actually add for flavourings? All the guides I've read either didn't mention it or only mentioned how to make flavourless, do you just improvise adding stuff like fruit juices or is there a specific ingredient?

Cheers m'dears :)

I can't help out with UK suppliers, but concentrated flavors are added to give the flavor. They are basically extra concentrated baking or candy flavors. Some baking and candy flavors are not recommended for inhaling, so you probably want to try to find a supplier that caters to Vapers and lists some information about the contents of the flavors (specifically that they don't contain diacetyl). I get most of my flavors from The Flavor Apprentice. I think there are some well regarded European flavor vendors, but their names escape me at the moment.

ETA: flavourart, that's the Italian flavoring company I was trying to think of...

Take a look at the DIY section of the forum. There is TONS of info on there. They have lists of vendors from all over.

I know Totally Wicked has a really good nic base and they are in the UK.

The flavorings have to be in a PG or VG base (or soluble in PG or VG) made for food (baking, candy making) I know that FlavourArt is in Europe and they have some good, high quality flavors.

After a fair bit of research into it I stumbled across the alchemists cupboard, checked out a couple of reviews and a thread on here they sounded pretty reputable :)

So decided to ingulge in the world of DIY, ordered a silver starter kit with that's got PG/VG, high grade distilled water (think I might be getting conned there but eh well, learning curve and all that) and some capella flavour drop stuff I think it was called. should arrive on Monday so I'll film the whole process and let you know how it goes :) thanks for your help guys

Got my kit the next day from Alchemist's Cupboard and i'm really impressed, Whipped up 10ml's of 80/20 VG Apricot tonight, even though it's gonna need steeping i i stuck a couple of drips in my iClear30 and wow, human fog machine mode go!

Also done an 80/20 PG Mix which i'm gonna leave steeping overnight and see how it is in the morning (yes i know it's gonna take a fair bit longer) thanks for your help :)

Quick update for you all :)

Used all the Apricot Capella drops i got with the starter kit and ordered some more last week, picked up Peppermint, Pear, Wild Cherry and Cheesecake. Been steeping for a good 4/5 days now and the cherry one's tasting pretty good but it's only slightly changed colour. Can i expect some drastic colour changes with the clear flavourings? Only the cheesecake one has a yellow tinge to it.

Threw a cheeky ml or 2 in my 30s to try out the wild cherry though and it's tasting pretty good :)
Definately gonna keep up the DIY'ing
