DIY newbie here. Looking for help making menthol and where to buy

This will be my first time attempting to DIY. I'm purely a menthol guy and the only flavors I like after trying so many are apollo menthol 24 mg and aroma wta p-38 menthol. So I'm trying to find a recipe to get somewhere near these flavors for anyone familiar with these juices. I know p38 has wta and I'm not trying to duplicate that flavor but I like it cause it has a light not to overpowering menthol and hint of tobacco. Apollo menthol has no tobacco but nice mellow menthol mint flavor with a good th. I'm looking to make 24mg nic with 60/40 pg vg. Anyone have any advice. Also what is a good vendor for pg vg menthol and nic?
