Well, one stop shop hasn't really been successful with me. Vapor shots has some descent stuff and flavor west has an abundance of flavors. Always has been good and with flavor west you get a ton of flavoring for cheap.
RTS Vapes has excellent prices, clean & clear nicotine concentrate, and a wide variety of flavors. Also be sure to get some syringes in various sizes, with various gauge needles.

Not sure why so many here like Diy it's twice the price almost, for less than 100mg unfavored Nic. True one stop shopping at very good pricing. you get 120ml of 100mg Nic for 15.99 when all is said and done alot cheaper, but then i don't have a dog in the fight.
Just know thier Nic is great PG, and VG as well all Organic Nicotine Solution. VG and PG are USP grade Kosher. MSDS sheet are there if you need as well. Good luck.
What i really liked about them is in one site i got ever thing to make 500mg of e-juice.
Any ways choices are good

I think Ecig Express is a great place to start because it's truly a one-stop place for all DIY-ing needs. The prices are good, shipping is fast, and you get the options of ordering from all of the different flavoring brands you want to try. Most places only offer 1 or maybe 2-3 flavoring lines. How about a site for DIY recipes? Maybe with vendor specific flavorings? I have a bunch of FA flavors and a large bottle of premixed base but have no idea where to start now. All the calculators confuse me because they seem to be set up for people who have to create a nic base first.
What you talking about Willis??? DIY is like way cheaper than premixed. Including lab ware, my first batches of DIY juice cost me under $4 for 50 ml of flavored 12 mg nic juice at 70% VG.

I rarely look up recipes. I just mix together what seems to make sense. I have Honey-Yogurt, Sassafras-Horehound, bunches of floral teas, Peachy Mango, Coconut gum, a mix of everything I have (rinsed out my syringes for months into some base), Spiced Cider, a mix of two coffees, and a chocolate-vanilla mix. All the rest are single flavor. You don't have to get all technical.
I have been all over the internet looking for decent recipes. They are not easy to be found. These are some options, though:

Actually, if done correctly, DIY is very inexpensive. I personally buy a bottle of pg because it's easier to get. Some flavor extracts (be weary of what your buying). And water IF needed. I vape for the oral addiction but those so need nic get it for cheep. So for the pg and extract it's about $8 and it lasts me a good four months. And you can get vg for the same price but greater quantity online!

I been called worse i guessThis is by far my biggest problem when i make juice. What flavor to buy from what vendor. I have used close to 20 different flavoring from 2 or 3 manufactures. So far I have only come up with 2 all day vape and 2 more that are just OK. I sometime just vape unflavored e-juice because its the best flavor i have made.
Try this thread to get ideas of the best flavors in each category so that you aren't just blindly buying flavors and hoping for the best.
