Get a hold of a juice calculator, Ejuice me up and Juice grinder are good, there is also a decent one on the Steam-enigine.org page. I played with these for a while before doing and DIY or even buying supplies. The calculator helped determine what I wanted to use for a nic base and how much PG and VG I needed.I would avoid buying large quantities of liquid supplies till you KNOW what you need, to make the juices you like. Just remember, you might not like the DIY version of your favorite juice as much as you like the pre-mix juice.

Someone to follow, IDK, I just use this forum.
You don't need a kit.. If you have been vaping a while your sure to have a few empty bottles around.. Only other thing you need is something to measure and transfer ingredients with, Syringes work for that. A few blunt tip needles and a range of syringes 3ml to 30ml, should cost less than $10.

I get my PG, VG, nic base and synthetic flavors from Ecigexpress and most of my flavorings, all NET extracts from Myvapejuice.com and naturally-extracted-tobacco.com.
