diy tobacco and ry4 flavors

i was wondering where to get the best ry4 and tobacco flavroings for the best quality and price. i was looking into seedmans flavors and PA but i would like to know exactly what flovors people have tried and liked. i have to start diyng because of budget reasons, also where can i get the best unflavored juice for cheap? thanks in advance, brandee

Best tobacco flavors I've tried are from Flavourart. I haven't tried Seedman's yet. I like FA's dark vapure, cuban cigar, desert ship, perique black, & virginia.
