Looking for a good DIY site like ecigexpress that has both nic base - 1 liter (12mg) - in stock plus a good selection of Flavour Art condensed flavors. ecigexpress is fine but they're outta stock on a lot of stuff plus one of these sites stole my credit card # last week so I wanna try someplace new (that uses SSL security). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
