DIY with Hana enclosure

So I purchased the Hana enclosure from FT and I wanted to change out some of the parts. I want to use a fat daddy vapes 510 connector, and I just want to know if it will fit. I would also like to change out the button with a wapari type switch. What size would fit on the enclosure. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I've put the connectors into two of the FT split boxes (DNA20s) and a CDNA30 (case looks similar to the FT30) by drilling and tapping the 510 hole. The original box connectors were brittle and I haven't managed to get one to come out whole. Currently on the box I take out the center pin, drill out most of the connector and tap with a M10 X 1.0. The first batch I got of the Fatdaddy connectors screwed in fine. I'd check the threading on your connector but all of mine were M10 x 1.0.

I was wondering the exact same thing. Ordered the enclosure and the fatdaddy 510 connector not even sure if it'd work lol. Figure I could always use the 510 for another build or MAKE it work…

We all did the same thing. I also ordered new firing buttons from AtoZ as I do not like the small firing button. I have an FT DNA20 and a Clouper DNA30. I bought the clone DNA30 card from FT and I want to build it out. If that works, I will swap out the firing buttons on the other 2 and possibly the 510 connection if that works out. I have to wait about 2 month as I am in the middle of moving from USA to Canada and everything I own is in storage.

You could try the Varitube connectors - they're similar to the FDV connectors but they're easier to get in to a Hana style box, they come in two sizes also.
