I've been mixing my own since last summer. All my nicotine comes from here:
Xtreme Vaping
They were out recently due to a poor quality shipment, but it looks like they'll have stock ready again in a few days. High quality, never had an issue.
Flavorings I get from here:
E Cig Liquid, Electronic Cigarette USA
They stock several different flavoring suppliers, so TONS of options on flavorings, as well as bottles, syringes, gloves, etc. One-stop shop, except for their nic base, which is (to me) a bit overpriced compared to xtremevaping. Prices are really decent on everything else.
Madvapes.com is where I get all my cartos & most of my mod parts, if you're thinking of getting into building your own ecigs.

Major bummer..hadn't noticed that. I'd try asking for recommended Canadian nic juice suppliers in the DIY Forum then. They should have a good answer. You can get your straight PG/VG from HappyVaper.com though..they carry that too.
i've heard tha internationally the limit is about 54-56 mg. just started doing a little mixing today--but i'm waiting to get earnest until i clear a safe separate space away from pets kids and potential intrusion/spills. need some rubber gloves and all that. Nicotine is a dangerous substance and gets hazardous pretty fast when dealing with higher than vape safe levels of around 30 or so.
