I just need to know about pipette. I'm exclusive to VG and I do not keep alcohol in the house so that's my dilution limitations.

Pipettes are messy and not going so well for me. Is there another way (not syringe needles either.. Dang I have a lot of opinions lol) to be able to count drips of my nic juice to put them in my bottles?

The two calculators I've seen (the excel spreadsheet in the sticky area of the DIY forum and the one you can download at ejuicemeup.com) have you measure how many drops you have in a ml and enter it into your spreadsheet. So, you would take your dropper and drop into a container that allows to to measure 1 ml. Say it takes you 34 drops with your dropper to make a ml, so then you know you have 34 drops/ml, or each drop is 1/34 of a ml. So half a ml would be ~11 drops, etc...

The number of drops per ml is going to vary depending on lots of things like the viscosity of the liquid and the size and shape of the dropper.

IMO, it's much more accurate to measure in mls, which is why I use a syringe. A 3 ml syringe allows me to measure to 0.2, which is plenty accurate enough for a DIY recipe.
