Welcome Matt to ecf and the wonderful world of DIY. I'll tell ya right now this is addictive. Their are so many wonderful threads here to help. The VapingZone thread, TPA (The Perfumers Apprentice) and so many more.

Here is a website that I use and find pretty well explained. Do It Yourself E-Liquid (E-Juice) Recipe Mixing Station!

Good luck to ya and happy mixing. :)

Rat2 is right, it is addictive! Right here at ECF is a good place to start with both sticky posts and blogs. Danny and Hoosier's blogs are good. I did a lot of reading and studying before I began, and I am glad I did. Everything I have made so far has been at least vapable, most of it is actually better than what I was buying for seriously less money in the end.

As the others have said, the DIY section is a great place to start. I started there, getting an idea of what others were doing and the equipment and sites they were using to obtain equipment and flavors.
I am fortunate enough to live within an hour's drive of a DIY supplier. I drove to their facility and was able to obtain my initial equipment and flavors there. The initial purchase (Nicotine, PG,VG, syringes, blunt tip needles, bottles and some other equipment) cost me about $112.00 (the Nicotine, at 100mg 500ml was the most expensive purchase, about half of the total price, but should last me several years).

Look around make some lists, check some videos on YouTube, ask some questions and dive in!!
