I just wanted to post a positive review about DIYflavorshack. Dawn and her staff provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. I jacked up an order I submitted and accidentally ordered 0mg and didn't realize it until after it shipped out. When I asked her what I could order to mix with it, she sent me a bottle of 24 mg of the same flavor so I could mix the two together, without me even asking! It was MY mess up and she cared enough to fix it for me!
I have been ordering from Dawn for over 9 months and every time she takes care of me incredibly quickly. She must have a deal with the USPS devil because her stuff gets here so quickly and I can count on her to get the juice out pretty much the same day. The product is amazing and her personalization of everything is spot on! She truly spoils her customers rotten!
