Pineapple Upsidedown Cake: Expert Poundcake, Pineapple and Brown Sugar- teensy drop of cinnamon.

1 oz Rum
1 oz Kahlua
Milk

Oh wait, wrong forum....
2% coffee
4% caramel
4% REAL Rum- clear type
2% Bavarian Cream
2% vanilla
go light on sweetener.
Add your PG/VG

Place mix in a heat proof shot glass. Either microwave or place in a shallow pan of water. Heat to just below a boil, then let cool. If you do it on the stove, do not remove from pan.
Alcohol will evaporate, leaving the taste only....
