I make a pretty mean pineapple upside down cake myself and I will try the dark brown sugar the next time I make it. Good tips for bakers and diabetics. Dawn does it again! :toast: Nice review.

Thanks! The dark brown sugar makes a difference, but the REAL Secret ingredient is putting the pineapple juice inside the batter ;):D
