Hello!

I'm pretty new to vaping as well as the review writing scene so be kind to me :D When I started vaping I did lots of research into cig brands, the chemicals involved, and costs. I decided to jump in head first, so one of the things I wanted to learn how to do was mix my own flavor combinations. After a bit of research into the materials I would need, I happened across DIYFlavorShack.com. I'm a Volcano Magma user, and this website came highly recommended on the forums. I decided to pick up the Premium kit which contained a good starter kit for the various tools (various size syringes, sampling of container bottles, necessary chemicals to get started, Nic liquid, 4 sample flavorings, etc). The exact list of parts can be found at diyflavorshack.com, look for the Premium Kit. All the kits appear to have the same hardware, and the only difference is in the strength of nic juice included.

As far as the kit goes, I've been very happy with what it came with. If I had it to do over again, I would order some more 3ml, 10ml, and 15ml bottles. Otherwise I have absolutely been able to hit the ground running! I've already mixed up a couple different flavor combinations and have had lots of success getting up to speed quickly.

If you're looking to start from a complete standstill (have very few to no supplies for your own mixing) this is a great starter kit. I would highly recommend checking out her selection of kits.

I'm hoping to get one of her kits next month, but I have a lot of high nic so I wont need the premium.

When I first started over 3 months ago I went to my local pharmacy and asked if they had any bottles with droppers, the pharmacist asked me how many I needed and I told him 6 so he gave me the whole box of brown 15 ml. bottles. I was very impressed and happy needless to say. I think that is the first I've ever gotten any thing free from that drug store.

Nice luck there! When I went around the drug stores here they either didn't have them or wouldn't sell them =( Even had one accuse me of mixing nastier stuff than nic juice (this is kinda .... country I guess heh) I've ordered a bunch for a pretty good price from USPlastics. They've also come highly recommended from the users at the Volcano forums. After shipping costs it works out to approximately .30ish per bottle

If you don't need nic juice than the Silver kit is what you'll want to order. That'll cover everything you should need to get started. I've found it's kind of an obsession though, once you start you just want more and more!

Totally agree about needing more and more, not counting all the stuff I have in the fridge, which is way more than I need for 2 years, I'm sitting here looking at 3 of those brown 15 ml bottles I got from the drug store full of nic liquid , plus a 30 ml full of 48, plus 4/ 10 mls of various flavors and 2 5 mls, plus more on the way. Who in their right mind needs all that?
