DNA 40 Vapor Flask Warranty

Just had some questions for anyone who has sent in their Flask for Warranty repairs. I had to send mine in, and have only been able to have email contact. No phone number is available that I can find for Vapor Flask as a company, and even though my insured flat rate box tracking says it was delivered to them on Wednesday, I have not had any contact from them even after two emails simply asking to confirm they have received my flask for repair. I am understandably anxious about this considering the $$$ I had to save to get this mod. All I want is to know that the true Vapor flask Company has received my Flask and is determining what repairs can and will be done. I have only emailed back and forth with Jamie, so I don't even know who else to contact since the only info on the website is the one email address. Please help me out, and let me know if there is a contact phone number.

Hi Phandyside and welcome to the forum!

I can surely understand the anxiety with such an expensive piece of equipment. However, unless you mean Wednesday a week ago, Wednesday was only yesterday, and they may be a bit busy. Give it some time. They are well-respected in the industry and I'm sure you will hear from them soon.

I did notice that they also have a Facebook page, and a link there where you can send a message.

That being said, this situation kind of reminds me of my boss when a deadline is looming. He comes around and wants to talk to me for a half hour about how things are going, am I having any problems, is there anything he can do to help, do we need to put more people on the project, when do I think it will be finished? Oh - did I mention that I could have had the job done in the first ten minutes of our half hour conversation? :D

Relax - I'm sure everything will turn out ok and you'll soon be vaping happily on your Flask again.

Thanks for the advice, you are correct in the date being wed 1/28/15, and I agree with what you said about the company being respected in the industry, my main concern was that somehow I may have been duped into sending my $300 flask to an address I have no way of verifying is actually owned by Vapor Flask. I would not even have the concerns if Jamie the person who has been emailing me back and forth for a week before I sent it in woukd just email me back and let me know its there and they will get to it when they can. I don't even want an eta on the repair I just want to talk to someone who can tell me they have my flask and the place I sent it to is legit. I am assuming it is because they replyed to my email that I sent to the address I got on Vaporflask.com so god I hope I'm being paranoid but I would be devastated if this were some kind if scam!! Honestly that is why I prefer to use a phone instead of email, I like to hear a persons voice when I talk to them.

They had mine too. I had the same problem making contact to make sure they recieved it. 5 days and no reply. Yesterday I got an email saying it was repaired and shipped. If you sent it to Satellite blvd in buford ga, you'll be fine. Its only 2 miles from my house and still made me ship it. Lol
 
That's where is sent it, but I took the advice and messaged the FB page, and had a reply almost immediately, also I was able to join the Vapor Flask Owners page on FB which is a really cool place to talk with other owners and share ideas and talk about your setups its pretty awesome and I'm honured to be a part of that family of people who respect and enjoy high end authentic products and the people who produce them. Thanks for your reply, have a great day and keep vaping happy!!
