dna30watt mod box problems

hi, I'm having a big problem with my modbox since a local vapor store put a 30 watt chip in it. I went back to them, and them won't help me. what do I do help. and I can't contact evolve were I got the dna30 chip

What is the problem?
Who ever installed your dna should be the one to fix any issues that arise from installation. ( Their work)

Evolv should help if your dna arrived damaged or inoperable, but, not if installation caused the problems.
