I haven't been able to access reosmods.com for over a week now. There seems to be something strange going on with DNS propagation.

No, reosmods.com is down whether I try it from work or from home. And I know and manage the firewalls myself, at both places. No changes have been made to either in the last couple of months.
Check out the link I posted. Eight of 21 global DNS servers tested did not know about Reo's domain. That indicates a problem at a higher level. I think it is something Reos' web master ought to have a look at.

I've been having problems too, but I am in Turkey. They blocked youtube and twitter at about the same time I started having issues, so for awhile I thought that was the problem.
But now they have restored access to youtube and twitter, and still Reos mods does not work. It does work if I start my VPN. No biggie, but that is the only way I can access the site.

We had an issue last week reaching the REO site from South Africa but all appears well again! Phew! That was stressful... we thought a new batch of Woodvil's had gone on sale! 
still cant reach reosmods from my pc, my mobile phone on wifi my mobile phone on 3G but i can view the site using TOR browser (bit elaborate way but hey..).
