Do ALTSMOKE batteries ship charged?

My silver bullet should be coming in the mail along with 2 AW IMR 18650 batteries, all from altsmoke. Can i take everything out, stick the battery in the SB, and start vaping? Or do i have to charge the battery first? Do they come charged?

All battery that i tested was 1/2 charged.

Generally I've noticed 18650s ship half charged...with a non-kicked sb you should still probably get a few hours out of that

Thats what i did when i got my zmax last week.. just popped one battery on the charger and the other in the z and started vaping.. Happy Vaping!
