Do e-liquids go bad?

The basic ingredients may oxidize due to heat or exposure to air, but if kept in a cool place and sealed there's little issue with keeping them in a usable condition for a long time. Certainly far longer than they would last in normal use anyhow.
At a guess, I'd check the taste after 12 months to be sure but there's no official "Use By Date" since it's not a regulated food product.

I once received an order that did have a use by date on it, but it was "good" for 12 months according to the bottle. I lost a bottle and found it way beyond the 12 month mark and it still tasted just fine.
on the other hand - my 4 year old bottle of dekang chocolate (dark glass bottle) tasted terrible
So more than 12 months, less than 4 yrs? I think we're getting close to an agreement on best by dates

whether if it was 4 days, 4 weeks, 4 months, or 4 years, dekang will always taste bad
I'm gonna guess we're all going to use the juice before the expiration date anyway haha...at least I will
I've never had a problem with Dekang juices either... in fact, I thought they were quite tasty and have had problems with suppliers in the US making any quite as good .... Just my humble
Dekang are made in China, low quality standards, it's made in bulk by the bucket loads. You get what you pay for
