I know there are kGo and other knock off batteries out there that exist in 1100 mah. Those batts I'm not interested in because I have an ego-booster that only works with genuine ego batts. I thought there was a genuine ego-T that came in 1100 mah. I have a 900 and a 650 mah now, but would like to get an 1100 to complete my set :) Anybody know if there are any out there for sale anywhere?

smokinganywhereforpennys has one with an LCD. 1100mah and 5 click on/off feature. I have 4 of them and use them quite a bit. Nice batteries.

Black eGo-T LCD 1100mah Battery - Smoke Anywhere For Penny's, LLC Store

Whe is running a sale...it's on here homepage.

I could be wrong, but I think that's illegal. I'm pretty sure those are not ego batts there. I checked out some of their other batts and they were called "ego" or "ego-t" that looked like cheap knock offs. All the ego batts I've seen have the silver band at the top with the see through black LCD button. **edit** Actually I just went and looked and they do have some 1000 mah genuine ego batts. But their other batts have no silver band and the button looks like a rubber tv remote kind of button. That sucks too cause I was digging the LCD and the 1300 mah batts until I realized they're probably knock offs :(

^the ones hairball linked have the silver band, and the hard plastic see-thru button. It's not the smushy/rubbery button that knockoffs use.

I bought one not too long ago (due to hairball posting a sale in the deals 'n steals thread), and been using it at home with clearomizers and a white eGo cone. The button, as well as the LCD screen, illuminates blue when vaping.

made my second order through smokeanywhereforpennys today :)

*not saying they're for SURE genuine Joye brand, but they look/function like my joye ego I purchased as a starter kit.

Gotcha. That picture isn't very forthcoming on what the rest of the battery looks like lol. That would be a cool battery to have since the ego batts don't generally give you any clues that they're dying until they're dead. I hope somebody else has one that can comment on whether or not it's real.

I find the vapor production on a Joyetech battery drops off pretty sharply just before they die. Just about the time the lack of vapor gets really irritating the battery dies ;)

I'ts cause the joye's are regulated with a power control module. It keeps the voltage "steady" until the end. The cheap knock offs like the Riva and others don't have this circuitry. That's why the booster only works with the genuine joye. It's easy to boost something that's got a constant voltage. Hard to boost something that keeps dropping. Would be like trying to scale a wall by climbing up your buddy's shoulders. If he's on solid ground, no problem. If your buddy is in a deep mud pit, the more you stand on his shoulders, the deeper you sink, and the harder it's gonna be to be "boosted" up the wall? Ok, weird analogy lol. But that's the reason why you don't feel the drop off of the genuine egos until they're dead. :)

True enough - they give you a short warning before they quit but not much :)

I find I like just a little bit more voltage than a Joyetech battery provides, though - if the eGO VV battery was bigger than 650mAh I might give it a shot even though I think they're overpriced :)

I've got a couple of 900mAh Smoktech batteries I like pretty well - they come off the charger hot but dip lower than a Joyetech battery before they shut down. I'm hoping the 1100mAh SLB batteries I just ordered will fill the bill - I hear they're running about 3.8v under load and cut off at ~3.3v - if that's true they may perform a little better than the genuwyne Joyetech batteries do.

That's the reason I like the eGo Booster. It turns any genuine joye ego batt into a VV mod (up to 4.7v). And also why I'm interested in bigger joye batts :D I called the smokeanywhereforpennies guys, and they claim that they only sell genuine joyetech batts. Even though the site says "ego compatible", supposidly they are really are the real thing. Would be nice to have a 1300 mah ego boosted up to 4.7v for my 3.0 ohm boge cartos :)

Using an EMDCC here and I think 3.7v will put me right about where I wanna be :)

I don't think you're gonna find a pulse modulated battery > 1000mAh. Wonder if a 3.7v box mod with a 510 to eGo adapter would run that eGo booster?

Never mind, I answered my own question :D

Canadian electronic cigarette Happy/Joye eGo, Booster

It works great on 18650 battery. On lowest setting I have 3.31 v, on medium - 4.09 v and on high setting - 4.81 v.
Well done! Thank you
After few days I had a little problem with it. It is unbelievable, how fast and really with all his attention Jack solved the problem!
Good product and great store!

So - an 18650 box mod, a 510 to eGo adapter and that eGo booster and you'd be all set :D
