Got a few bottles of my favorite liquids from gourmetvapor, id been expecting this to be the solution to the problem of not getting much flasvor from my ecig...Hwever, throat hit it inconstant at best and flavor is extremely restrained. vapor production is ok. My atty gets quite hot after 5 or so vapes in a minute and a half, and has already melted the top of a couple of my carts! I've tried many mods, clleaned out atty w. hot water. Can someone please give me a solution? Do i need a new atty? Will a drip tip solve the issue of my melting carts? and i tried the drip tip mod with the little rubber pen grip, faailed miserably...should i pick up an LR atty?
Sheesh!

If you take 5 sec hits, then your flooded, drained, or need to look into dripping. Dripping gives great flavor and hit, but does have a learning curve..but so does your atty. try blowing out as bert suggested (from threaded end)..and go from there. And be sure your cart is on correctly. The square of the liquid end on cart, should match up with white square box you see in bottom of your atty. Getting those to things crossed will get a half moon shape burned into your cart, and just taste like dookie.

Did you have this problem from the start?

If a 510, are you lining up the juice cup and the atty?

Has your cart stuffing gotten compressed?

Have you cleaned your atty since you got it? Sometimes cleaning can help. I blow out and soak overnight in vodka (or grain alcohol would be better), scoop some through it the next day, shake out and dry it (blow dryer or lay to dry until I need it).

And LR atty - won't that be hotter?
